The Texas GOP is all in on this plan to make the Latinos in the state become a bloc for Republicans since they now the White population is on its way out from immigration. No matter how each Pew Research study shows that Latinos always vote Democrat over Republican every time. They are still on this fantasy that Mexican immigrants can be just as American as you and me.

Texan Republicans especially also like when these people are electing into government. They cheered for Mayra Flores being the first born in Mexico Republican congresswoman even though she is celebrating their extinction at the same time.

This story is another in the large amount of events of Brown people putting their people first over some imaginary ideas of the 200 year old piece of paper saying the justice system has to be fair. A Mexican judge in El Paso dismisses the charges of 140 illegal aliens after they were arrested for inciting a riot to try to jump the border.

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — An El Paso judge decided to drop state charges for 140 migrants accused of riot participation while allegedly crossing the border illegally.

On Monday, Judge Ruben Morales ruled to drop any state charges against the group of migrants accused of cutting concertina wire, pushing through government fencing, rioting and crossing the border illegally.

The 142 migrants were given a misdemeanor Class B charge by the State of Texas for riot participation from April 12.

Below is the press release from Border Patrol about the incident:

On Friday, April 12, 2024, Border Patrol Agents were alerted of a group of migrants climbing the chain link fence just north of the Rio Grande River, south of Border Safety Initiative Marker (BSI) 36. This area is just west of Riverside High School on Cesar Chavez Border Highway. Shortly thereafter, migrants illegally crossed the border after cutting the concertina wire along the Rio Grande River collapsing the chain link fence in the area. To be clear, this cutting of the chain link fence and concertina wire installed by the TX National Guard constitutes an illegal entry into the U.S. The number of migrants staging at BSI 36 was more than 100 people.

All migrants encountered at BSI 36 or any other location in-between a port of entry are transported to a processing facility and processed under Title 8, which will place migrants who cross the border unlawfully into removal proceedings.

The U.S. Border Patrol emphasizes that crossing the border in between the ports of entry is illegal. Individuals and families who attempt to enter the United States without authorization, and who are unable to establish a legal basis to remain in the United States, will be removed and are subject to a minimum five-year bar on reentry as well as potential criminal prosecution for migrants with a criminal history.

The Judge doesn’t care these illegal Aliens were seen and filmed rioting to try to get into the country illegally by saying there just wasn’t enough evidence to prove these people were violent.

After hearing both sides of the courtroom from El Paso County Public Defender Kelli Childress-Diaz and State Prosecutor of El Paso District Attorney’s Office Jennifer Vandenbosch, Morales decided to side with the public defender.

Childress-Diaz argued in court that there was not enough evidence within the affidavits of each of the 142 migrants to prove that they were involved in a riot when they allegedly crossed the border illegally.

In response, Vandenbosch attempted to plead her case saying that the actions listed in the affidavit and crossing the border illegally, were enough proof to move forward with the charges.

However, Morales had to repeatedly remind Vandenbosch that Monday’s hearing was not a hearing based on the charges of illegal entry into the country but only on the state charges of riot participation.

After hearing arguments from both sides and the prosecution not providing enough evidence to prove involvement in a riot, Morales made his decision to relieve 140 of the 142 migrants from these charges.

Two of those migrants were not relieved from these charges because one is currently not in state custody and the other one is facing different charges.

All 142 of these migrants are still facing federal charges for illegal entry into the country.

Now the Migrants are in detention centers where they are most likely going to just be released and told to come for a court date that they will never show up and live here forever once the amnesty bill passes.

We see these brown judges and juries do this bullshit over and over again and they are only going to do this since they aren’t loyal to this country or its people. It doesn’t matter to them that the bill of rights disagrees with them they are hellbent on turning this country into Mexico.

We either get rid of these race loyal minorities from our government or we fail there is no point in trying to merit select the brown people since the smartest one is going to side with blacks or whoever their immigrant background is every time.
