When Barron Trump graduated from high school and prepared the steps to enter college the GOP thought he was going to be some big name in the right wing the moment school year stated at NYU. They fell into the memes too much and unironically expected this grand political rise from him when in reality he was there to study in order to get a high paying degree.
The NYU Republicans were the most who begged and pleaded that their dream of Barron being a student activist come true for them. Since the College Republicans has been nothing but a failure in NYU and all of higher academia overall. I mean this was their leadership in the 2021-2022 school year.
The current leadership in the era where “woke is dead” isn’t good either since its still full of women and non Whites.
With what they got you can expect that when they saw Barron wasn’t wasting his time with them and just going to class and immediately home they would respond they way they did. The Chapter president Kaya Walker called him an oddity because he wasn’t being a social activist on campus.
Despite his reported influence on the his father’s presidential campaign, Barron doesn’t spend much time on campus or participating in school activities, some students said.
“He’s sort of like an oddity on campus,” Kaya Walker, the president of NYU College Republicans, told the magazine. “He goes to class, he goes home.”
Well the College Republicans saw this and promptly made her resign over this dumb statement.
Good for them for getting this dumb skank out of leadership, but then trying to solicit a membership to Barron in the same letter is kinda cringe. Barron probably saw how College Republicans are weirded out by him not joining and then the chapter removes her thinking that now he is going to join them now.
Maybe Barron will enter politics in the future. Its just he’s going to prepare his spot before he enters the arena. Republicans thinking he was going to immediately jump in freshman year as a Campus activist is dumb. Campus Conservatism is dead and no amount of politician children is going to change that.
