The most dumbest compromise idea I think has ever happened in the American Right Wing is that we now believe some people who were at the capitol building on January 6th were actually violent criminals and only non violent people will get pardoned. We do this in the name of not rocking the boat even though the left believes every Trump supporter who was in DC on that day was a terrorist and they have never cared if we end up cucking ourselves into embracing witch hunt trials because they want the atomwaffen type people. It doesn’t matter if you a Conservative say witch-hunt against Neo-nazis are good normal Conservatives innocent, the left wants you and your family and friends locked up for not being on the same page politically.
Plus we won the argument over Jan 6th. America sees how the left wing narrative is more fake by the day, but in the end we will shoot ourselves in the foot and give ourselves a hollow victory for no reason other than bullshit common sense crap.
As inauguration day comes closer more Right Wing people who were ardent pardon everybody day one are now pushing this cuckservative talking point. Even a guy like JD Vance who is said to be the successor to Trump is pushing this idea.
There is a high chance he is doing this because the guy who gave him his political career funded the technology to arrest Trump supporters on Jan 6th.
Another problem with this selective pardon is doing it at all is going to continue the narrative that Jan 6th was a violent coup despite new footage showing that in fact it was non violent and the only violence were DC cops.
The only way Vance can defend himself in this bullshit is unironically believing the Jan 6th people had a fair trial, which is laughable by every metric. Also feds because there is no other evidence to prove this debunked theory.
I like how he is brining up federal informants as proof that this should be case by case. Like as if those guys are ever going to be touched by the Trump DOJ. They weren’t even charged for being a rat or honeypot so what is the point of denying them a pardon? You are just potentially screwing over the people that got convinced by the rats to break a window to remain in legal hell.
Trump supporters went out to save him in 2020. Now its time for Trump to save them in final 4 years in DC. It has to be all of them not this selective crap since the left doesn’t even appreciate it in the first place. The left wants these people to rot away in prison for years without a fair trial so lets not give them that by pardoning them all.
