Taiwan elected a new president who is virtually the same as the previous one in all but name. He is from the same left wing progressive party that is turning Taiwan into a leftist shithole. I mean the last thing that Tsai ing-wen did was see drag queens performing in the presidential office.

TAIPEI, Taiwan (AP) — A U.S. congressional delegation met Taiwan’s new leader on Monday in a show of support days after China held drills around the self-governing island in response to his inauguration.
Rep. Andy Barr, the co-chair of the Taiwan caucus in the U.S. Congress, said the United States is fully committed to supporting Taiwan militarily, diplomatically and economically.
“There should be no doubt, there should be no skepticism in the United States, Taiwan or anywhere in the world, of American resolve to maintain the status quo and peace in the Taiwan Strait,” the Republican from Kentucky said at a news conference in the capital, Taipei, after the delegation met Taiwan President Lai Ching-te.
Yes you are going to war against the China in the name of this small island nation that can be blockaded in a few days. The irony is that Taiwan was more at peace when we weren’t constantly provoking China which we are doing right now. China is seeing how Taiwan is rapidly becoming some vassal state to DC that could even be a place for our nukes to be placed in and are acting according to ensure a quick annexation to get this feud over with.
These politicians even violated the Governments own policy on Taiwan so they can do this stunt.
The lawmakers’ five-day visit “ran against the political commitment of the U.S. government to maintain only unofficial relations with Taiwan, sending a seriously wrong signal to the separatist force of Taiwan independence,” Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mao Ning said in Beijing.
The delegation included four Republicans and two Democrats and was led by Rep. Michael McCaul, the chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. Last year, China sanctioned the Texas Republican after he visited Taiwan in April.
“America is and always will be a reliable partner, and no amount of coercion or intimidation will slow down or stop the routine visits by the Congress to Taiwan,” he said.
We have American politicians who are violating our own policy on Taiwan in order to provoke us into war with China for Taiwan. If this was happening in Ukraine there would be uproar from the Congressional GOP.
I am not dying in the South China sea so that NVidia chips can be made in sweatshops and some island nation can allow homosexuality. Taiwan is another disaster in the making for another forever war that will get us nowhere and only make Asian states and America to foot the bill on all the migrants coming in from this future war.
