The war in Gaza is beginning to enter where Israel always wanted it to be and that is the Gazans leaving Gaza to go to Europe and North America. That was always the plan and no amount of Greatest ally worship is going to change that or give you a Nationalist government in elections. It doesn’t matter how much you talk about “why don’t they send them to x Arab country” The gulf states have special deals with Israel so they will never deal with the migrant problem on any middle eastern conflict.

With the Israeli attack on Rafah the first wave of Palestinians are beginning to see themselves move to here. Canada is already committing to give them more visas than originally planned to any Palestinian who wants to immigrate to Canada to escape Gaza before the IDF gets to them.

OTTAWA, May 27 (Reuters) – Canada said on Monday it will issue visas to 5,000 Gazans, more than it originally pledged, and said it was “horrified” by an Israeli airstrike in Rafah that triggered a blaze causing 45 deaths

The visas for Canadians’ relatives living in the enclave represent a five-fold increase from the 1,000 temporary resident visas allotted under a special program that Canada announced in December.

“While movement out of Gaza is not currently possible, the situation may change at any time. With this cap increase, we will be ready to help more people as the situation evolves,” Immigration Minister Marc Miller said.

A spokesperson for Miller said 448 Gazans had been issued a temporary visa, including 254 under a policy not related to the special visa program, and 41 have arrived in Canada so far.

Don’t be surprised this amount increases with every bit of news that comes out of the conflict from here on out since this is only the beginning.

This is the payoff of footing the bill for Israel’s “counterterrorism” btw.
