I will never get the Conservative self castration of using failing sites like YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram because they are American unlike that evil Chinese app TikTok. Even while our social media apps spy on us just as much and even admit to giving our information to the federal government on a routine basis, and our sites just suck to grow an audience even for the big conservative pundit channels. Every big Conservative channel on YouTube or any social media can’t even crack 1 million views anymore even on new topics and being the top buyer of ads on social media.
While those sites stagnate TikTok is growing as the new social media platform for young people. The same Demographic these anti TikTok people want to reach out to. Some Conservatives are seeing the potential in spreading the Right Wing message through the app and now things that are forbidden on Instagram, Facebook, and lesser extent Twitter spread like wildfire on TikTok. It would make sense that Vivek would use it to spread his campaign and messaging.
Trump has noticed that TikTok and is now changing his shift to not banning the platform after the GOP House now wants to ban it for no reason because they sill believe in the still not factually proven belief it is selling data to the Chinese government.
TikTok, the immensely popular video-sharing app known for its predominantly young audience, has once again come under scrutiny from U.S. lawmakers. The app is currently owned by Chinese tech company, ByteDance, which has spurred significant suspicion that its abundance of user data is being furnished to the Chinese government.
While ByteDance and TikTok have dismissed these accusations, lawmakers have continued to consider their options. A bipartisan bill put forward by members of the House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party last week would work to “incentivize divestment of TikTok” by ByteDance by blocking it from appearing in American app stores and granting Executive Branch authority to take similar action in the future against social media companies operated by a “foreign adversary.”
Sloppy Steve saw this and without his anti China handler funding him he is now calling Trump the bought and paid shill lol.
Steve Bannon, the one-time adviser to Donald Trump, suggested on Saturday that the former president was paid off after a shift in stance on TikTok.
In response to this post, reports noted that the seeming shift in stance from Trump came after a meeting with Jeff Yass, a conservative hedge fund manager who has a $33 billion stake in TikTok. Yass, according to Intelligencer, has been allegedly threatening to pull support from GOP lawmakers who back the bipartisan divestment bill.
I believe he is scared that Trump on TikTok will do more in spreading his campaign than his anti China propaganda show ever could in its entire existence. No one in America knows about the Warroom or anything he has done since leaving Breitbart.
He wasted his career to appease some Chinese businessman who is also a fugitive evading arrest in China. All he can do is cope and seethe that China is a better place than America.
