Democrats & RINOs have united to propose a "border deal" that would supposedly take steps to fix the border. Does it actually fix the border, or are there loopholes that sabotage its purpose? Is this bill beneficial to Americans or other nations?

To start, American politicians, in a bill that supposedly addresses American issues, decided to allocate over HALF of the money to other nations, including Ukraine and Israel.

Ukraine receives over 60 billion dollars.

Israel receives over 14 billion dollars.

The breakdown of the main expenses in the bill show this package hardly benefits Americans. It gives money we do not have to wasteful causes.

The actual "border bill" doesn't close the border-it mandates it remain open.

The bill wouldn't even mandate a "shut down" (which would still allow 1,400 illegals to enter) until a seven-day average of 5,000 illegal border encounters occurred.

The recorded illegal border crossings number has a glaring loophole.

The number DOES NOT count the following:
– Unaccompanied children
– Suspected trafficking victims
– Illegals from "noncontiguous countries"
– "Exempted" illegals

By the way, the bill gives Biden the ability to REOPEN the border any time it is in the "national interest to temporarily suspend the border emergency authority” for up to 45 days 🤡

The bill funds NGOs & Sanctuary Cities, which will make illegals WANT to come here!

All of this is very secretive with no transparency.

The bill gives @SecMayorkas FULL AUTHORITY to grant entry to illegals present for 14+ days or within 100+ miles from the border.

It gives Asylum Officers, NOT Immigration Courts, the sole authority to grant asylum!

Despite claims that the amnesty threshold would be tougher, "credible fear" is one of the criteria that is made an easier standard to achieve!

Biden can even waive sanctions against criminal cartels at his discretion.

The bill gives a pathway to citizenship for Afghan refugees after Biden's withdrawal in 2021.

Oh, and there is also NO requirement anywhere in the several hundred page document for Biden or the Secretary of Homeland Security to DEPORT anyone.

This bill will largely increase the Green Cards that will be given out, hurting American workers.

By introducing 50,000 green card holders per year (for 5 years) to the job market, American CITIZENS will lose out on jobs.

American STEM graduates will be hurt in particular when the bill provides work permits to over 250,000 adult children of H-1B Visa Holders.

This will increase the competition for American workers and allow corporations to take advantage of our workforce.
