The Texas Border is wide open and half of it is Greg Abbott’s fault. He isn’t hard enough to secure the border and is even allowing them in by sending illegal aliens to make shift cities in outer Houston because the land owner funded his reelection campaign.

After his sharp pool toys got btfo’ed by the courts he plans to sign a bill that will allow Texas police to arrest illegal aliens for entering which is already a crime, but we need to pass a law to get police to arrest them for already committing a crime.

AUSTIN, Texas (KEYE) — Governor Greg Abbott affirmed his intention to sign a controversial bill into law, giving Texas law enforcement officers the authority to arrest and detain undocumented migrants, possibly even to transport them to the southern border, authorities constitutionally ascribed to the federal government.

He shared that plan on social media, though the move was largely expected given the weeks of negotiating between chambers of the legislature ultimately agreeing on a final plan, passed out of the House on Tuesday.

Already, though, the policy seems destined for legal challenges, possibly even stretching to higher courts, to determine the constitutional authority over border security and immigration policy. Already two organizations have vocally expressed concerns over the legislation and announced intentions to file suit, if and when Governor Abbott does sign it into law.

The main challenge isn’t the fact it would pass. its if he would stick up his guns when the courts obviously try to strike this down and not cower in defeat. I mean the federal courts have cucked Republican governors in the last few years, see the bills Desantis passed in 2021 and how many got that fate.

This also shows how much of a clown country we are. We need to pass a law to give police the power to arrest someone for entering the country illegally which has been illegal since the founding and be able to send them back and not give them a stupid hearing that most of these aliens run away from.

High chance this bill gets destroyed by the Federal Courts and Greg will just take the L and spend the rest of the time demanding Republicans to win elections so we can probably get something done with immigration because we all know how much we win with Republicans having control of all 3 branches.
