The problem with the GOP is that they think that someone who makes an upset win in a Blue State means that they are fit to be a leader in the GOP in further elections or even the president.

This line of thinking went was used for Glenn YoungKin after he made the biggest upset in 2021 by winning the Virigina governor election after all odds were in favor the Ralph Northam puppet. And with that upset the GOP saw the future of politics beyond Trump since he did this.

Well things didn’t go to plan since YoungKin was ineffective as a governor and he lost both chambers in the Virginia to the Democrats.

This is one of the guys that was going to lead the Trumpism without Trump era. And he loses everything.

GOP isn’t going to win the next governor election in 2025 not even by a longshot with who YoungKin chooses before he runs away somewhere far away to hide from being such a loser.

This is who we get after Trump btw. Don’t expect this to happen in purple states. This is going to be the norm until America becomes minority White in the next 20 years.
