Republicans seem to not take the hint that people in the US military even on our side are the biggest shills for the status quo only rivaled by politicians who started out as DOJ attorneys. All of them are scared of Trump leading with an iron fist because it would mean the Neocon / Neoliberal establishment they benefited from since the 1970s will cease under Trump’s 2nd term.

All the GOP veteran politicians since day one are on the never Trumper team. Self proclaimed veterans politician John McCain hated and Mark Malley threw him under the bus because he acted too authoritarian for him. Now Mark Esper his secretary of defense is saying that Trump retailing if reelected is a bad thing.

Former Defense Secretary Mark Esper said Monday that he thinks concerns about former President Trump seeking retaliation on officials — such as outgoing Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Gen. Mark Milley — are “legitimate.”

“Look, I think it’s a legitimate fear,” Esper told CNN anchor Kaitlan Collins. “If you recall from my memoir … I cite a circumstance where [Trump], egged on by his close advisers, wanted to call back to active duty Adm. McRaven and Gen. McChrystal, to court-martial them, for some things that they allegedly said in in the public domain, and Milley and I had to talk the president out of doing that, for any number of reasons.”

“The president has also said that a second term would be about retribution, right? So, I think these are all legitimate concerns,” he later added.

Oh my goodness a president who was betrayed by people is going to seek his revenge if reelected oh the horror.

We can’t have this in the party we need people like Desantis, Pence, or Christie men who will never anger Mr. McCarthy and will just bend over like a dog to the Uniparty controlled by Israel.

Betraying Republicans for a spending bill to prevent shutdown is fine and normal, but Trump calling a shill like Milley illegitimate is too far.

Trump made comments last week accusing Milley of a “treasonous act” in which he “was actually dealing with China to give them a heads up on the thinking of the President of the United States.” The former president’s remarks seem to reference calls made by Milley to China for reassurance at the end of Trump’s term.

Trump has been backstabbed by everyone around that he thought they had his back and the people who worked in the military are the top in terms of throwing him under the bus for Biden so they can keep their jobs in pushing for forever wars and a brown army.

No shit in his 2024 campaign he will be launching in a vendetta against everyone who wronged him.
