I know this story is going to be buried by the pro strong border since they still have a hard on against Venezuela as being an evil socialist dictatorship even though they have never cause any problem with us ever. They just hate it for Cold war nostalgia or cope that they were born to late to experience it.

They let all these guys in with open arms because they are just wholesome red blooded muricans like me who has been in this country for over 300 years.

Biden is on the anti Venezuela side which doesn’t come as a shock since his admin has been against all the countries the neo-anticommunists have said he would be pro if was elected. And now has allowed half a million of them to obtain work visas in the country.

The Biden administration said late Wednesday that it would allow hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans already in the United States to live and work legally in the country for 18 months.

The decision followed intense advocacy by top New York Democrats, including Gov. Kathy Hochul, Mayor Eric Adams and party leaders in Congress. It will affect about 472,000 Venezuelans who arrived in the country before July 31, temporarily protecting them from removal and waiving a monthslong waiting period for them to seek employment authorization.

In an unusual break with a president of their party, the New York Democrats had argued that the city’s social safety net would tear under the weight of more than 110,000 recently arrived migrants unless they were allowed to work and support themselves more quickly.

Alejandro Mayorkas, the homeland security secretary, said that he made the decision because conditions in Venezuela “prevent their safe return” but stressed that immigrants who had entered the country since August were not protected and would be “removed when they are found to not have a legal basis to stay.”

Yep this is America where we have provisions that protect people who entered the country illegally until we can give them something that will stop them from being deported. Which in this case is protection from deportation until they are allowed into the workforce until they basically won’t be deported ever since ICE is nonexistent now.

These guys are never going to be sent back by either party. The democrats love them for replacing White people and the GOP loves them because of their boner for hating something that hasn’t been a thing since 1991.

Venezuelans are going to turn America into Venezuela and revert to promoting socialism which is already happening with 4th generation Cubans. You can only harness their hatred of leftism for a limited time before they just act like Mexican immigrants in politics and in opinion of America.

All of them no matter which country they come from have to go back it doesn’t matter if they come from lefty country or not they will eventually support it later on.
