Well they wanted to vote to charge FBI director guilty of “contempt of congress” and then just cancelled the vote altogether.

Republicans in the House of Representatives have canceled a vote that would have held the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), Chris Wray, in contempt of Congress for failing to provide the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability with documents relating to President Biden’s crooked financial affairs.

Chair of the Committee, James Comer, announced on Wednesday evening that he was calling off the vote after the FBI offered committee members — rather than the public — the opportunity to review the document.

“Allowing all Oversight Committee members to review this record is an important step toward conducting oversight of the FBI and holding it accountable to the American people,” argued Comer upon announcement of the vote’s cancelation.

So they were going to oust him and then decided to not go through with it since the FBI got their own people to review it rather than the public who would say they are innocent.

We hear from these people that the FBI, CIA, etc need to be stopped since they are witch hunting Trump supporters.

Now they have it and ended up not going through with it.

We are going to see this story over and over again the GOP announces a committee or vote and then it falls flat since these people don’t believe we should be using our powers in congress to target our enemies because fascism or something.
